Kris Wood is senior vice president/managing director of Debt + Equity in Northmarq’s Philadelphia office. He co-leads the team responsible for the origination and placement of debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity financing across all property types throughout Central and Western Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Baltimore. Kris joined Northmarq in 2024, after serving as managing director for five years at Walker & Dunlop. He previously worked for three years at Colliers International. Kris graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the university’s Fox School of Business.
