Kris became entwined in the beach cities life and in the local real estate scene since 1989 when she moved here after receiving an Economics degree from UCLA. She has personally bought, sold, built, gutted, and added-on to homes in Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo Beach. From this experience, she developed a keen knowledge, interest, and network in the industry. Kris deeply understands what it is like to stand in her clients’ shoes. Now a long-time resident of the area, having navigated her two daughters through the local school system, serving on several local administrative committees, and chairing extra-curricular organizations, Kris has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families and investors in the community.
