Kory focuses on sourcing and executing on- and off-market investment opportunities for Simi Capital. He brings several years of strong investment sales experience. Prior to joining Simi Capital, he worked at Marcus & Millichap and closed over $130 million in multifamily and mixed-use transactions across Manhattan and Brooklyn and was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and 2024 CoStar Impact Award recipient. Kory holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Penn State University where he focused on Business and Economics. Passionate about golf, music, and all things real estate, Kory is an avid traveler and foodie. He is also actively involved with UJA and Covenant House, supporting causes for homeless youth through “Sleep Outs” and other initiatives.
