Kirtley’s family has deep roots in the Real Estate industry. Growing up she was surrounded by developers, property managers and Real Estate investors working on both residential and commercial projects spanning from the hospitality to farm land industry and everything in between. This ignited her passion for Real Estate and helped develop her keen eye for architecture and design.
Living in Los Angeles for the past 10 years, Kirtley understands the wide array of needs Angelinos require, which has helped develop her exceptional ability to understand her client’s vision and see the potential of what a property can become. She understands the importance of honesty and communication, and provides both buyers and sellers with concierge-style service.
Prior to joining Compass, Kirtley worked at a Real Estate start up specializing in corporate leasing, where she helped guide a tenfold increase to their LA market in less than three years. Being responsible for all sales in LA, she worked directly with clients to ensure their needs were met both prior to and after signing.
