After 7+ years focusing on investment sales in the Brooklyn market with Halstead and TerraCRG, Kirill made the move to commercial leasing. Prior to transitioning into a real estate career, Kirill honed his negotiation skills and client-focused approach as a commercial insurance adjuster in the Construction Risk division at AIG, where he was awarded the “Customer Service Excellence Award”. Kirill’s years at AIG also yielded an expansive comprehension of the risks and liabilities faced by prospective property owners in New York State. Originally born in Belarus, Kirill emigrated to the United States with his family when he was just six years old. Bilingual in English and Russian, he was raised and currently resides in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. In his spare time, Kirill enjoys skiing, fishing and the great outdoors.
