Prior to joining Voit Real Estate Services, Kipp was the retail Investment Sale and Leasing Director at Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego, representing several of the most well-known syndications and prominent investors in the Southwestern United States. Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego acquired Burnham Real Estate where Kipp served as Vice President and started when he was 18 years old.
