Kevin Thompson joined Iron Hound in 2017 and has over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Iron Hound, Kevin was a Senior Vice President at CWCapital Asset Management, where he worked for 13 years in the Asset Management/Non-Performing Loan Group. His responsibilities included the oversight of a team of asset managers and analysts, the management of a national portfolio of non-performing CMBS loans and loans classified as non-CMBS. He was also responsible for the formulation and implementation of business plan strategies, the review of legal documents and third party reports, and underwriting for new issuance CMBS loans. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
