Kevin Ridgway joined Newmark in 2019 and currently serves as a vice president in the company’s Washington, DC, office. A 10-year real estate veteran, Mr. Ridgway specializes in debt and equity placements. Kevin joined Newmark from Carr Companies in Washington, DC, where he was responsible for the acquisition, asset management, financing and disposition of office, hospitality and multifamily real estate investments. Prior to Carr Companies, Kevin was an associate director at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage. During his tenure there, he was involved in more than $6 billion in debt and equity placements across all real estate investment classes nationwide. Education Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree with a finance focus from the University of Notre Dame, where he captained the varsity lacrosse team.
