Mr. Probel is a First Vice President of Transaction and Advisory Services at CBRE. He joined CBRE in July of 2017. Mr. Probel specializes in office landlord and tenant rep for the Palm Beach area, along with acquisition and dispositions of office buildings and land. Kevin is involved in all facets of the marketing process - marketing, prospecting, showings and negotiations. Kevin represents office landlords and tenants in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.
Before starting at CBRE in 2017, Mr. Probel was a Vice President of Property and Asset Management with Jones Lang LaSalle since 2011. Mr. Probel also spent 5 years as an Asset Manager / General Manager with The Related Companies (NY) and was responsible for the development, leasing, management and tenant improvement construction of a 295,933 sf Class-A office tower (City Place Tower), which opened in 2008 in West Palm Beach, FL. City Place Tower was the first office tower built in West Palm Beach in the last 20 years. During this time, he was involved in over 260,000 sf of leasing transactions.
