Kevin O’Boyle joined CBRE in 2020 and is a Senior Associate with the Dallas Multifamily team focusing on individual and portfolio level multifamily asset dispositions in North Texas. Mr. O’Boyle works in partnership with Danny Baker to lead client engagements on behalf of investors in the multifamily space including institutional investors, syndications, family offices, foreign investors, and REITs. Prior to joining the CBRE team, Mr. O’Boyle worked for six years with the Dallas office of Newmark Knight Frank (formerly ARA) Multifamily Investment Sales team. While there, he participated in the execution of more than $5 billion in multifamily transactions. Mr. O’Boyle is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a major in Finance with a Real Estate concentration.
