Kevin Langholz has over 40 years of experience in the discipline of retail tenant representation, surplus property disposition, shopping center leasing, shopping center development, commercial sales, land assemblage and market analysis. Mr. Langholz represents selected retail clients in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia where he is licensed as a Real Estate Broker. At Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis, Langholz is responsible for overseeing the retail brokerage team that represents over 60 national and regional retail chains and encompasses millions of square feet of shopping center leasing assignments. ChainLinks Retail Advisors, a 500 member collection of retail real estate specialists nationwide is represented in Western Pennsylvania and the state of West Virginia by Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis.
