Kevin Grove is a Senior Vice President with CBRE and currently oversees the Louisville office's industrial services. He is a seasoned real estate professional with over twenty-five years of experience in the commercial real estate market. During his career, Kevin has completed numerous transactions, with a total consideration that exceeds $1 billion. He has been involved with a number of the most significant industrial transactions in the region. Some of these transactions include: UPS’ acquisition of a 517,000 SF distribution facility; Best Buy’s Geek Squad national laptop repair facility and a 600,000 SF build-to-suit for Best Buy; and numerous transactions with Ford Motor Company. Additionally, Kevin was a key contributor in the implementation and marketing of Cedar Grove Business Park, one of the largest, and most successful, developments for distribution space in the Louisville Metro market.
