About

Kevin is an Executive Managing Director for Agency Leasing for Cushman & Wakefield’s Austin market. He joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2019 after selling Peloton Commercial Real Estate. Kevin was one of Peloton Austin’s founding partners, alongside Matt Frizzell and Brian Liverman. Before joining Peloton, Kevin was a Partner at Stream Realty Partners from 2008 to 2013. He was responsible for the strategic planning, client development, and leasing for Stream Austin’s 6.3 million square foot office portfolio. Prior to Stream, Kevin was responsible for overseeing Aspen Properties’ 3.2 million square foot office portfolio. He began his real estate career in 1995 with Trammell Crow Company where he oversaw their office division until 2005. Throughout his career, Kevin has been directly responsible for leasing over 7.5 million square feet of commercial real estate and has marketed many of Austin’s finest office properties. In addition, he was actively involved in the development of a number of office projects including Barton Creek Plaza I & II, Aspen Lake, Prominent Pointe II and the Lakeline Building.
