About
Kevin is a Senior Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of experience in real estate. He is primarily responsible for multi-housing investment advisory transactions throughout the Midwest.
Kevin started at HFF in March 2014. Since that time, he has been instrumental in growing the Chicago multifamily team’s market share in the Chicago metro and throughout the Midwest region. Prior to that, he worked on a contract basis for The Blackstone Group’s multifamily platform, LivCor Residential. He began his career at Equity Residential as a Financial Analyst with the Portfolio Services team.
