Kevin Catalani specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant leased assets in the San Antonio market and throughout the State of Texas. He brings over 14 years worth of experience working exclusively on the investment side of the business. During his career, Kevin has played a key role in real estate transactions exceeding $1.3 billion in value. Since relocating to the San Antonio market in 2014, Kevin has completed over $190 million in transaction volume.
Kevin joined CBRE in 2019 through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate. Prior to joining REATA in June 2014, Kevin worked in the Dallas office of UCR Investment Sales where he was a member of the founding team in 2009, focusing solely on the disposition of retail assets across the southern United States for both institutional owners and private investors. Prior to joining UCR, Kevin was an analyst for the investment sales group at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, where he was responsible for the underwriting and packaging of investment sales properties across the retail, office, industrial and multi-family sectors.
