As a member of The Sheahan Group, one of Chicago’s top producing real estate teams, Kevin welcomes and enjoys working on all types of residential real estate transactions while focusing on land acquisition for new construction development and investment. Kevin is an alumnus of the University of Illinois and The John Marshall Law School. A lifelong Chicagoan, Kevin grew up in the southside neighborhood of Beverly and has lived in several communities throughout the city, including the South Loop, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, and the West Loop.
