Kevin Bledsoe joined Marcus & Millichap in 2022 as an agent in the Philadelphia office. He came to Marcus & Millichap after a successful career as the Vice President of Brokerage for a regional firm that specializes in the self-storage space. Kevin is a 20-year veteran in the self-storage industry and has worked in many facets of the business including; brokerage, operations, consulting and development. Prior to entering brokerage, he helped start Storage Asset Management (SAM), the largest privately held third party management company in the self-storage industry, where he was the companies Director of Operations. Between brokerage and operations, Kevin has brokered the sale of more than 175 self-storage properties and operated more than 100 properties in his management portfolios across 15 states. Kevin is currently a First Vice President Investments in Marcus & Millichap's National Self Storage Group where he advises clients in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic with property valuations, operations best practices, land development recommendations, market conditions and short term and long-term economic projections.
