In 2013, Mr. Hung, along with Eddy Wan and Charlie Huang formed the core of what Ambitus Partners is today to capitalize on opportunities in the growing Southern California commercial real estate market. Mr. Hung was responsible for overseeing various aspects of the business platform including acquisitions, financing, deal negotiations, marketing, and sale and disposition. Additionally, Mr.Hung was also responsible for investor relations and fundraising. Mr. Hung’s expertise comes from more than 20 years as a developer, real estate asset manager, and commercial real estate banker. He previously served as First Vice President at East West Bank, a Los Angeles based bank holding company, where he was responsible for the management, development, and marketing of real estate finance transactions. Over his banking career across East West Bank, Far East National Bank, and Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank, Mr. Hung managed over $500 million in real estate transactions. Mr. Hung holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Irvine
