Kenneth Kronstadt joined Newmark in 1991 as a Leasing Agent and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director, with a predominant focus on Tenant Representation. Kronstadt’s leasing activities are vast and diverse. As a tenant representative, some of his most prominent clients include Human Rights Watch; World Jewish Congress; Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld; Council of School Administrators and Supervisors; and the Building Trade Employers’ Association. Most recently, he represented a prominent NYC Not for Profit Organization in securing a 31,000-square-foot leasehold condominium at 717 Fifth Avenue. In addition, he represented Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld in their Long Island headquarters transaction at 487 Jericho Turnpike, where they leased the entire property. They also leased 14,000 square feet at 1385 Broadway in New York.
