Ken Richardson brings over 30 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, leadership and business development, to Vantage RES. He developed his passion for real-estate during the course of his varied career. Ken has a deep understanding of building systems within manufacturing facilities and warehousing. Over his career he has led the building and renovation of multiple projects, including lab space, corporate office buildings and manufacturing space. His engineering and process background has enabled him to successfully manage projects with capital budgets in excess of $50m. Ken firmly believes in constantly challenging oneself in order to achieve growth, desired results and success. His educational background is a nod to this philosophy. He began with a vocational education and then received his AAS in Electro-Mechanical engineering. Ken later received his BAS in Business and General management. He is certified as a Lean Black Belt and Kaizen Leader.
