Ken Jacobsmeyer joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016, helping open the firm’s Baton Rouge office. Ken is a member of the National Retail Group and Net-Leased Property Group of Marcus & Millichap. In his position, Ken specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased investment properties and shopping centers throughout the United States. He is a highly skilled investment specialist who works to evaluate, negotiate, and execute maximum value for all his clients. Ken advises all types of owners/investors and treats each of them the same, thus creating long-term relationships built on his three core principles: Honesty, Integrity, and Trust. Ken graduated from Lindenwood University with a B.A. in Business. While attending Lindenwood, he was an All-American Athlete as a member of the Ice Hockey Team.
