Ken is the Senior Analyst/Cheif Transaction Coordinator in the Dallas-Fort Worth Debt and Structured Finance division at Colliers. He brings a high-level skill set in managing the loan process, assisting with loan originations, and third party reports and underwriting. He has an excellent history of managing and closing a broad range of commercial asset types. Prior to joining Colliers, Ken joined Capstone Financial in 2012, which was acquired by CBRE in 2017. During his time he managed and closed over $1 billion in real estate loans for a broad range of commercial asset types including single and multi-tenant retail, multifamily, industrial, mixed-use office, hospitality, and healthcare. Education Ken attended Missouri State University earning a Bachelors in Marketing Research.
