Ken is a Managing Director in the Florida office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where he is responsible for multi-housing advisory and brokerage services. Prior to joining JLL, Ken was an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s multi-housing team for over a decade and a Director with Marcus & Millichap specializing in the brokerage of investment grade apartment communities. In his first year, he achieved Rookie of the Year status while being promoted to an Associate. In the following year, he was the #3 producer in Central Florida and was recognized nationally for sales achievements. In his 17 years of career, Ken was involved in the sale of over 200 multi-housing properties throughout Central and Northern Florida valued in excess of $6 billion, for clients including public and private companies, REIT’s, pension fund advisors, multifamily developers and condo converters.
