Ken is a Senior Managing Director in the St. Paul office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He has been involved in the evaluation and capitalization of Market Rate, Affordable, and Seniors Housing for more than 25 years. Ken has originated over $4 billion in loans throughout the Midwest.
Ken facilitates financing solutions that are customized to his clients’ needs. He has extensive experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA permanent and construction loan programs. Ken has structured transactions ranging from cash-out refinances to complex tax-exempt affordable housing with LIHTC and various subsidy layering.
Ken joined JLL in 2015 through JLL’s acquisition of Oak Grove Capital. At Oak Grove, Ken served as a Managing Director. Prior to Oak Grove, Ken was a Vice President at MMA Financial, Vice President at Glaser Financial Group, Chief Underwriter at Glaser Financial Group, and a partner at a commercial appraisal firm.
