Kellogg Gaines joined Jones Lang LaSalle in April of 2011 as a member of the York/North East region of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. His team focuses on raising debt and equity for national institutional accounts as well as owners and acquirers of commercial real estate based in the region. Mr. Gaines has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry including 15 years with leading Wall Street firms overseeing the origination of over $20 billion of commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Gaines was co-founder of Glacier Global Partners, LLC; a boutique real estate investment firm focused on debt and equity investments. Previous to Glacier Global Partners, LLC, Mr. Gaines held the position of Executive Director at Eurohypo AG, at the time the world’s largest real estate investment bank, responsible for an 11 person team focused on originating commercial real estate loans for securitization, syndication and on-book executions.
