Keith Purcell has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Keith began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they provided real estate advisory services, including property appraisal, acquisition due diligence, and loan underwriting, for institutional investors and commercial lenders. Keith then joined Fortress Investment Group as an Asset Manager, overseeing portfolios of office and warehouse properties in the US, Canada, and Belgium. Keith was responsible for underwriting analysis, cash flow projections, and managing a $4 billion portfolio of commercial real estate loans and securities.
