Keith Padien is an Executive Managing Director in the Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Group in Cushman & Wakefield’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Cushman, Mr. Padien spent nearly fifteen years arranging, originating and closing commercial real estate loans at Eastdil Secured, Cantor Fitzgerald and Credit Suisse. He has a J.D. / M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
