Keith Mathias, founder and president of KAM Coastal Development, Inc, has specialized in commercial land development and construction since 1984. Growing up working in the trades, Keith became a construction project manager for various commercial real estate developers where he honed his skills in evaluating commercial property acquisition opportunities. As a principal Keith has acquired, entitled, and built commercial business parks in Valencia, Ventura, Santa Maria, and San Luis Obispo, CA while also developing built-to-suit properties throughout the Western United States for Kinko’s, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, Wal-Mart, and Tractor Supply.
Mr. Mathias consults with and assists many faith-based organizations with the strategic disposition of their real estate assets. These include World Impact, Crazy Love Ministries, William Carey International University, and Frontier Ventures as well as several local community churches and parachurch organizations throughout California. Mr. Mathias lives in Newbury Park, CA with Robin, his bride of 39 years; they have 3 adult children and are waiting for some grandchildren that they can spoil them.
