Keegan Bridges is an Associate in Gantry’s El Segundo office where he provides support with debt originations. Since joining Gantry in May 2022, Keegan has worked with multiple originators analyzing and closing mortgage loans and equity investments for various types of commercial and multi-family real estate transactions. He is responsible for underwriting potential deals, conducting market research, preparing investment packages, and coordinating due diligence to help administer the closing process. Keegan is a 2021 graduate of DePauw University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and pitched for the university’s varsity baseball team. After graduating and prior to joining Gantry, Keegan spent a year with CBRE Capital Markets as a Debt & Structured Finance Analyst in Phoenix, AZ. He currently resides in Santa Monica, California and enjoys golfing, surfing, hiking, and skiing.
