About

Keaton Yellin is a recent graduate from the University of Southern California and a Capital Markets Analyst at JLL in Century City. There, he is responsible for Debt & Equity placement across all asset classes in commercial real estate at both the institutional and private capital levels. During his time as a student at USC, Keaton found his calling for Real Estate his freshman year of college through the Trojan Real Estate Association. The initial interest transformed into a strong passion, further cemented through an investment sales internship, an Argus course, an internship as an analyst with Kennedy Wilson, and as a Debt & Equity Placement Analyst at JLL Capital Markets. Furthermore, during his time studying abroad at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Keaton helped pioneer the first real estate club for the university! Keaton has received his Real Estate Salesperson License and is looking forward to closing many deals in the foreseeable future.
