Kaylan Knitowski is an Associate Director on Franklin Street’s Retail Investment Sales Team based in Miami, Florida. She focuses on the acquisition and disposition of value add, unanchored retail centers and single tenant net lease assets nationwide, with a concentration across the Southeast Sunbelt.
She also serves as the tenant representative for 7 Brew Coffee in Miami Dade and Monroe County, leading site selection and expansion for one of the fastest growing drive thru concepts in the country.
Kaylan advises private owners, family offices, and developers on strategic acquisitions and dispositions, with a focus on uncovering off market opportunities and creating competitive deal environments that drive pricing and liquidity.
Since entering the industry in October 2022, Kaylan has closed over $60 million in retail investment transactions and continues to scale her platform across both investment sales and tenant representation.
