As a member of the team, Katie Whelan, manages the Retail Portfolio across the country and is responsible for initial lease-up and stabilization. Prior to joining CA Ventures, Katie served as a Vice President of Retail Sales & Leasing at Jameson Commercial Real Estate. Prior to Jameson, Katie was Senior Associate and Director of Tenant Representation for Sperry Van Ness, LLC, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail property throughout Chicago, Illinois. With more than seventeen years experience, Katie has successfully completed more than 400 transactions throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Katie earned the title of Top Producer in 2005 and again in 2007 while she was with SR Commercial. She was also previously given the SILVER award in the retail leasing/tenant representation category from the Commercial Forum - a division of the Chicago Association of Realtors.
