Katie Hummer is a licensed managing real estate broker in Colorado and the Founder and President of Kin Commercial. Ms. Hummer’s professional expertise is in buying and selling land, buying, selling or leasing schools/community assets, and in retail leasing. She obtained her real estate license in 2008, while employed as Business Development Manager at Intrawest, the largest developer and operator of resort properties in North America. Since that time, Katie has earned business and executed upon real estate transactions in a multitude of facets.
