Kathryn Womble joined CBRE Debt & Structured Finance in April of 2018. Kathryn and her CBRE Capital Markets team represent primarily institutional clients including some of the top pension fund and private equity investors in the country.
Prior to joining the team, Kathryn worked on CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions service line as the Division Senior Associate for the South Division. In her role, she served as a leverage point for the South Executive Leadership team, focusing on new business development and existing account expansions.
Kathryn received her MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business, concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. Prior to business school, she spent 3 years in marketing and advertising with Rent-A-Center and Wendy’s. Ms. Womble graduated from Rhodes College and majored in English Literature and Creative Writing.
