Kate Roush is an associate working in JLL’s New York Leasing Brokerage group. She represents both landlords and tenants within the New York Tri-state Region. Kate joined JLL in 2021 and works with one of the largest brokerage teams representing over 40 million square feet of agency space and, on average, completing over 2.5 million square feet of tenant representation transactions annually.
