Karnit has closed multi-million dollar sale transactions as well as numerous retail leasing transactions. Karnit began her real estate career as an attorney and practiced for over 14 years. As an attorney she represented private individuals, REIT’s, owners of shopping centers, and pension funds in complex commercial real estate transactions. In addition, she has vast experience in the sale of bank owned properties as well as foreclosed properties representing various lenders. With her unique training and background, she is able to offer her clients relevant and valuable insight with respect to assessing, pricing, and negotiating favorable terms for any commercial transaction. Karnit holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a BA in Economics from Queens College, CUNY. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and New York State Bar Association. Karnit lives in Rivertowns with her husband and two children.
