Karl Kreppner is a Senior Managing Director at Ontario Teachers' responsible for the real estate investment portfolio across the United States. Karl is an accomplished real estate executive with more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including over 20 years with Ontario Teachers’ and Cadillac Fairview, where he led transactions and managed investments in North and South America and across the Asia Pacific region. In addition to his time with Ontario Teachers’ and Cadillac Fairview, Karl worked at Morgan Stanley in their real estate investing business. Karl holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. Karl is also a CFA charterholder.
