Karen Wiedenmann is a Managing Director in the Institutional Investment Sales Group of Meridian Investment Sales, LLC and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Wiedenmann specializes in due diligence review, preparation of marketing materials, and project management oversight for the sale, acquisition, and recapitalization of Manhattan properties. Notable transactions she has worked on include 666 Fifth Avenue, The MetLife Building, Park Avenue Tower/850 Third Avenue, 750 Third Avenue/485 Lexington Avenue. Ms. Wiedenmann was previously with CB Richard Ellis for seven years as a Senior Project Manager for the New York Capital Markets team, where she managed all components of the group’s marketing programs.
