I have developed a diverse set of skills in New York real estate, with a current focus on commercial real estate. I offer expert guidance specific to the commercial market such as acquisition and disposition, investment, retail, and office leasing. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, I worked at other real estate brokerage firms such as Town Commercial and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as a tenant/landlord office and retail leasing agent representing clients of all sizes and industries across the five boroughs. I also gained substantial experience in residential real estate as an on-site sales associate for Macklowe Properties representing two luxury Upper East Side properties. Among several other diverse positions that deepened my insight into real estate, I worked as a post-closing manager, gaining expertise in matters pertaining to title insurance, deeds and mortgages.
