Kahlil Kenneth Barnard has been providing transactional, advisory, and financial real estate services for his clients now for the past 24 years. Mr. Barnard has personally closed over 600 transactions ranging from Regional Malls, Community Shopping Centers, Retail Strips and Single Tenant NNN properties. Kahlil opened the Indianapolis office for its retail division in 1997 and now serves as a Senior Vice President of Investments as well as a Director of the firm’s National Retail Group, a position he has held since its inception. In addition to serving his clients at Marcus & Millichap, he routinely mentors agents for the firm, is a panelist and presenter for trade organizations like ICSC, CCIM, BOMA, and past board member for a clubs and organizations in banking and real estate with a personal favorite in Indiana University Center for Real Estate Studies while being a native of Bloomington, Indiana.
