Justin Uffinger is a Senior Managing Director with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Investment Sales team in Birmingham, where he is responsible for the brokerage of multifamily assets ranging from suburban garden to infill and urban assets located in the gulf south. Since 2009, he has sold more than $2 billion of multifamily assets across the states of Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana. Uffinger began his career in commercial real estate in 2009 with a national real estate investment brokerage company and later joined Birmingham-based Rock Advisors as a Senior Associate before joining Newmark in 2017.
