Justin Tidwell serves as a Managing Director with Vanguard Real Estate Advisors and is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sale assignments throughout Texas and surrounding states. Mr. Tidwell’s primary focus is on the disposition of value-add and opportunistic multifamily and commercial assets in both primary and secondary markets.
Prior to joining Vanguard, Mr. Tidwell spent eleven years in the healthcare advisory and consulting industry where he worked directly with hospitals and healthcare systems across the United States to address their needs and is considered an industry expert in contract negotiations, consulting, and marketing. Mr. Tidwell was most recently a managing director with Parallon Workforce Solutions which is a division of HCA. Tidwell started his career with Martin, Fletcher & Associates where he was instrumental in growing a boutique organization into one of the largest and most respected firms in the nation.
