About

Justin Royce is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown Manhattan Office. Throughout his 15+ year career, Justin has successfully been involved in a wide array of commercial real estate transactions totaling in excess of 7 million SF with an aggregate value of over $2 billion. Major projects have included lease acquisitions and space dispositions, multi-market consolidations, repositioning assets, and the development and implementation of occupancy cost-reduction strategies. Justin is known as a tactical negotiate with a client-centric approach. He has extensive experience representing both tenants and landlords. On the agency side, Justin has been instrumental in the repositioning and lease-up of several large projects including 220 East 42nd Street, 180 Maiden Lane, 75 Rockefeller Plaza and One World Trade Center. This experience leveraged with a deep market knowledge and well versed understanding of deal structures have also benefited his occupier clients, including many leaders in the finance, media, technology and manufacturing fields. Prior to joining C&W, Justin spent 11 years at CBRE and currently resides in Manhattan with his wife.
