Justin Parsonnet is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Office Institutional Properties Group in Atlanta. He helps lead the sourcing and execution of the team’s marketing assignments in Atlanta and nationally. His client-first approach and relationship orientation have resulted in numerous career-long clients and colleagues. With CBRE since 2001, he has been an integral component in the sale of more than 300 investment sales transactions valued at more than $18 billion. Mr. Parsonnet’s performance has led to his being named a member of CBRE’s Chairman’s Club. He is a regular class speaker at Universities including UGA, Georgia Tech and GSU, and has moderated and participated in various industry-related panel events. Prior to joining CBRE, the 25-year real estate veteran was with McWhirter Realty Corp., focusing on both office leasing and investment sales. His diverse background provides a valuable perspective and broadens the team’s platform to better serve its clients.
