Justin Natalizio is a Managing Director at Compass Commercial, focusing on investment sales, partial interest/TIC sales, joint venture structuring and capital markets transactions. He has completed 30+ transactions totaling over $800,000,000 in total transaction volume. Justin has worked on complex transactions such as structuring the 99-year ground lease at 580 Broadway. He also raised $25M of preferred equity and a $35M bridge loan for the project. He has handled over 20+ tenancy in common sales across a large Midtown South office portfolio. Recently, he sold the distressed note at 34 W 28th St and structured a joint venture with the new lender and owner.
