Mr. Halpern assists both local and national clients with their office space requirements. His client base comprises a wide variety of industries, among them media, technology, financial services, the legal sector, associations and non-profits. In addition to new business development and account management, Justin specializes in comprehensive real estate strategies including lease negotiations, financial analysis, market research, acquisition and disposition services. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Halpern was a SVP – Principal at Cresa. While there he was selected as a founding member of the Cresa Emerging Leadership Committee (ELC) and re-elected for a second term. The ELC is a group of emerging professionals around the country tasked with championing initiatives and changes for the organization that are key to the success of the company’s future. Justin holds a BA in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from The University of Vermont.
