Justin Audette is an Associate with the Sale Leaseback Group. He is responsible for representing owner users of lower-to-middle-market businesses in the structuring of sale leaseback transactions for their owned real estate. Prior to making the move into sale leaseback and corporate real estate advisory, Justin served as SAB’s senior analyst, overseeing the underwriting process for all deals across SAB’s platform. Additionally, Justin has prior experience in multifamily appraisal focused in the New York Metro Area.
Justin believes the keys to a productive workday stem from your choices in your personal life before and after work; a good night’s sleep, and a healthy balance between physical and social well-being. When not in the office, you can find him doing any sort of outdoor activity whether it be a walk, bike ride or lounging on the beach when the weather is nice. During the winter, reading fiction novels is Justin’s main hobby.
