Julian Cohen learned the business from the ground up. Native of Miami, he attended the prestigious Leysin American High School in Switzerland, studied at the Beijing Language and Culture University and Hofstra University with concentration in Economics and Psychology. Following graduating, in 2007 Julian began his illustrious career in the rapid paced, hardworking city of NYC.
In October of 2011, Julian decided to return to his hometown roots and joined highly regarded Jills Zeder Group with Coldwell Banker Miami Beach. While working on The Jills Team, he completed numerous transactions in many of the top condominiums and residential communities. Most notably, in August of 2012, Julian closed on the sale of 3 Indian Creek village for $47,000,000. This monumental sale marked the highest priced residential sale in Miami-Dade County history.
In 2021 Julian closed more than $200 million in sales. Some of his top deals included representing the buyer of the $33 million penthouse at Arte in Surfside in late 2020.
