Julia’s passion is assisting her clients in the lease, purchase, or sale of their property. As an investor herself, Julia has a great advantage and loves helping clients buy their first investment property by guiding them through the whole process as well as the benefits that come from it.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Julia owned her own cleaning company. She also ran a successful maintenance and remodeling business with her husband. As she was focused more on the business side of the company, Julia has learned many great skills in communication, relationship building, and multi-tasking. When not in the office, Julia can be found enjoying long walks and trying the best Italian restaurants in Chicago that remind her of growing up in Florence, Italy!
