About

Mr. Neuman joined Meridian in 2014 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality in locations including New York and nationwide. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Neuman was Counsel at Brixmor Property Group, where he oversaw the company’s acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions, and served as the corporate legal resource to the company’s regional legal groups.?Prior to joining Brixmor Property Group, Mr. Neuman spent four years at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (now Paul Hastings LLP) as an Associate in their Real Estate Group. Over the course of his career, Mr. Neuman has negotiated more than $4 billion in financing covering multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality?and other property types across the United States. Mr. Neuman holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Yeshiva University and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law.
